Anita and I enjoyed a terrific hike along Irons Creek from Mountain Harbor Road to “Hot Dog Falls” at the base of Hickory Nut Mountain.  Julie has an amazing and deep knowledge of the plants in the area from years of visiting Mountain Harbor, hiking the woods, and working to identify the varied species of plant and animal life here.
